Complete the details of the Anti-Spam Whitelisting you want - you can add as many as you wish by completing the information below and choosing Insert.

The "type" you apply would be either Whitelisting a specific E-Mail Address, an entire domain name (see exclusions notes below), or an IP Address (useful if you have a web server or other device which sends a lot of mail to you, and you trust it). If you are unsure of which you need, contact our [Support Team] for advice first.

You can whitelist domain names and e-mail addresses in either direction. For example, if you had an e-mail address in your company used to receive sales enquiries, you may wish to ensure it is never scanned for spam. This is known as a "Receiver (To)" whitelist. Alternatively, and the most common choice is to whitelist mail being sent from a particular customer or supplier.

Important: Domain Name Exclusions - you cannot request certain domain names - typically generic domains used by Internet/Broadband Providers or large webmail services - in these cases, you should whitelist the specific senders you trust as e-mail whitelists).
